Bahan:
- 15 tteok atau rice stick
- 2 fish cake atau bisa juga pakai otak-otak
- 1/2 buah kubis
- Kerupuk
- 1/2 buah wortel
- makaroni
- telur rebus
Bahan saus:
- 1 sdm kecap asin
- 5 siung bawang merah, cincang halus
- 4 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
- 1 bawang bombay, potong-potong
- gochujang atau pasta cabai Korea
- 4 cabai rawit (atau sesuai selera)
- garam secukupnya
- gula pasir secukupnya
- air secukupnya
- wijen untuk taburan
- minyak secukupnya
Cara membuat
1. Potong bahan seperti kubis, tteok, fish cake atau otak-otak, wortel.
2. Panaskan minyak untuk menumis bumbu seperti bawang putih, merah, bawang bombay. Jika sudah harum, masukkan kerupuk dan masak hingga kerupuknya lembut.
3. Masukkan bahan lainnya seperti kubis, tteok, fish cake atau otak-otak, wortel, telur, gochujang, cabai, gula, garam. Aduk-aduk hingga matang. Kemudian masukkan daun bawang.
4. Angkat dan sajikan dengan taburan wijen.
